It is made from pure Nebbiolo grapes from 70-year-old vines and vinified with the 60% of the whole cluster, following asemi-carbonic maceration in open vats with ageing between cement and small, non-first-passage wood for about 8 months. Langhe Nebbiolo Foravia is an aromatic floral and fruity riot on the nose, voluminous and crisp on the palate, ideal with wild boar ragout.
